One day I was going through a hall closet where I kept a bunch of bags I've received from shopping at various stores. I soon realized I had a very large collection of bags! I decided to cut up some of these bags and incorporate them into a painting. I wanted to take an item that I usually throw away and recycle it back into one of my paintings to use as a visual element.
